Making of the #1200
Christian van Gils, born on the 25th of December 1964 in Breda, The Netherlands,
from the School of Arts St. Joost Breda.

#1 Vacation Plougasnou
While conversing with a business client over the phone, I created a quick sketch that served as the foundation for the artwork.
#2 Digital painting
Being immersed in my role as CEO of a software firm, I had drifted away from painting due to prolonged computer usage. This led me to delve into digital painting during my time off.
#3 Dividing into 1200
Through my passion for formulas and excel, I creatively crafted 1200 unique combinations, each beautifully revealed in its individual artwork.
#4 Hastags and Quotes
Every piece of artwork features a distinct hashtag and an inspiring quote, intended to promote peace and motivation worldwide. To get involved, each artwork will be digitally printed and come with a certificate signed by Chrisdus.
